When a user edits her own profile, she has three possible options to set the visibility for each of her profile field (figure 1).  The options are

1. Public
2. Members Only
3. Admin Only

The WorkControl-UserManager Module Settings screen provides the “All profile fields visible in view mode:” option that could override the visibility option set by all end users (figure 2).  If this setting is checked, all user profile fields will be visible for viewing in the WorkControl-UserManager module (figure 3).
