Enhancements

1. Rename menu BulkEmails to Newsletters (Figure 1)
2. Utilize "Display Manage Services" field in the DNN Admin >> User Accounts >> User Settings >> User Accounts Settings (Figure 2) to control the display of Manage Services tab in the WorkControl-Usermanager User Detail screen (Figure 3).

Bug Fixes

1. In the module settings, if the "Filter by role group" is changed and none of the restricted roles are selected, restricted roles from other role groups are removed.  Resolution:  if no new restricted role is checked, do not remove prior restricted role selections (Figure 4).
2. Error "UI is ambiguous, imported from the namespaces or types DotNetNuke, System.Web" as reported in the forum
