AutoLogin200The WorkControl-AutoLogin module enables fast login without providing password.  After login the module can be set as invisible.  Access to the module can be restricted by IP.

  • Authorized role in which the users can auto login: Select role name in which the username will be available to support auto login
  • Default login account: Select a default account to login
  • Enable auto login using Default login account for un-authenticated user: Check to enable auto login of default account when module first load. If not check, user will be presented with a pick list of users in the selected role. AutoLogin is disabled if the module is placed on the homepage of the portal. This way, the Login link will be available to login as different user. By default, this field is checked.
  • Force authenticated user to switch to Default login account:  If checked, the login user will be switched to the Default login account. Notice force user switch is only applied to non Admin/Host users. By default, this field is not checked.
  • Enable switching login account: Check to enable switching of login accounts. If not checked, only the default username can be used to login. Notice that the "Is Module Visible" must be checked in order to select account to switch. By default, this field is checked.
  • Is module visible to authenticated user: Check to hide the module from login user (except for Admin or Host). By default, this field is checked.
  • Enable login using username in URL:  If checked, the module supports login using username specify in the URL. An example of the URL variable format is "username=jdoe". The username must belong to authorized role in this module setting. By default, this field is not checked.
  • Profile button enable:Check to make Profile Button visible. By default, this field is not checked.
  • Restrict access to AutoLogin via IP address 
  • Setup notes:  This field can be used to enter setup notes.
  • Last update:  Display module last update by and date/time.
