The Business Consultant’s primary responsibility is to understand our customer’s business requirements and subsequently transfer knowledge to the customer project team about how best to apply the WorkControl’s solutions to attain targeted business benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities

    Full life-cycle project activities
    Business Process analysis and design experience preferred
    IT analysis and design skills
    Ability to travel and support on-site activities as needed
    Focused on serving clients

Credentials & Experience

    College degree in a related discipline desired (Business Management, Finance, Accounting)
    Professional certification and accreditation recommended (CPIM, CSCP, CSSGB, CSSBB) or equivalent work experience
    Minimum 2-years hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementations
    2-4 years of relevant experience of ERP project delivery desirable
    (2) or more years’ experience as a business consultant

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

    Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution and financial best practices, principles and procedures
    Organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands
    Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation - including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and detailed data requirements
    Knowledge of ERP systems as they relate to effective and efficient business processes
    Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
    Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with little supervision
    Fluent in English - written and verbal

Duties & Responsibilities
    Work in concert with a team of software developers
    Participate in full software development lifecycle: analyzing requirements, developing designs, implementing and testing software/web applications using Classic ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
    Work with the team to design and develop software applications
    Contribute to development of life-cycle documentations and specifications
    Perform integration testing
    Ability to perform analysis and resolution of software related issues
    May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years classic ASP/ASP.Net development and hands on experience in web technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    Experience with HTML/JavaScript JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, and/or ExtJS with AJAX
    Must have a working knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts, basic data structures, basic language constructs, keywords, compilation, core API
    Ability to work within a team environment
    Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate (oral, written, and active listening) to all levels of the business
    *US Citizenship is required* and must be able to pass a background investigation in order to gain access to the client site and computer systems

Knowledge & Additional Skills (desirable):

    PL/SQL
    IIS server
    Web services design and development in .Net environment
    Familiar with MS Project, SharePoint and MS Office Suite
    Ability to participate in analysis and resolution of IT and business related issues

Provide WorkControl soft skills training to corporate clients on an on-call basis, particularly in the areas of leadership, management, supervisory, and customer service skills, and other human resource issues. Deliver training based on client's needs and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities

    Provide training and/or consulting to corporate clients as needed
    Assess training needs for clients
    Customize training content and format to fit client's objectives
    Provide instruction to clients in the areas of soft skills, such as leadership, supervisory skills, diversity, human resource issues, etc
    Deliver training in 1 day to 3 day classroom formats, using relevant training materials such as texts, handouts, class exercises or assessment tools
    Maintain familiarity with current texts, materials, teaching aids and techniques relative to courses within the discipline and recommend their adoption when appropriate
    Actively seek ways to improve instruction
    Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from a regionally accredited institution. Master’s degree is preferred. Experience in coaching, facilitation, and/or organizational development consulting is preferred
    A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated, corporate training / subject-related industry/technical experience is required. Up to 5 years of experience conducting corporate training preferred

    Knowledge of learning theory-motivational, perceptual, and emotional forces present in the learning process and the conditions which affect individual learning and change
    Knowledge of theories of leadership-alternative techniques and styles for guiding, motivation, and directing individuals under various situational conditions to achieve effective performance
    Ability to contribute and present innovative ideas for new curricula and programs that combine traditional schedules with new demands from industry schedules
    Ability to customize training content and format to fit client's objectives
    Ability to produce professional quality handouts and presentations
    Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communication
    Must be comfortable training in a corporate environment with the ability to interact professionally with corporate clients
